OUR STORY
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights junior hockey program was established in 2007 to build a stronger youth hockey presence in northeastern Pennsylvania. Upon the team’s formation, the Knights program quickly became a new arena for young, local athletes to develop their skills and compete at the highest levels of competition within the junior hockey format.
Ivan Provorov, Daniel Strong, Denis Smirnov, and so many more have come through the WBS Knights organization! From NCAA DI to the NHL Draft, our goal is to provide the structure and high level development required for players to pursue their pathway to college hockey.
WHO ARE THE WBS KNIGHTS?
The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights Junior Program is built for players ready to take the next step toward college and professional hockey. Competing in the NCDC, USPHL Premier and Elite divisions, our program offers a structured, competitive, and developmental environment for athletes ages 16–20.
